www.xperiastore.co.za is owned by SXStore (Pty) Ltd operating as an authorised independent re-seller of Sony Mobile.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website. By using this website you agree that you are bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Purchases from Xperiastore.co.za:

Xperiastore sells Mobile products and accessories via the internet.

All products purchased will be shipped  on Mondays; Wednesdays and Fridays.

If an order are received after 12:00 on the above days the order will fall into the next shipping day.

Where possible, Xperiastore.co.za will endeavour to inform customers of stock availability and will inform customers should stock not be available. In the event that certain products are not available, Xperiastore.co.za will endeavour to acquire the stock within a reasonable timeline from our suppliers. Xperiastore.co.za will inform customers via e-mail or telephonically of expected delivery of back ordered or specially ordered stock.

Should Xperiastore.co.za not be able to fulfil any order, customers will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the product.

Should a customer be dissatisfied for any reason and wish to return a product, they may do so within 7 days of delivery. Please see the refund policy here.

Agreement of Sale:

An agreement of sale will only come into effect once Xperiastore.co.za has received a completed order from a customer and the payment for such order is reflected in the Xperiastore.co.za bank account.

Utilising the Xperiastore.co.za basket and or wishlist does not constitute a sale and these items can be removed from the basket and or wishlist should the stock no longer be available.

Termination of sale agreement:

Xperiastore.co.za reserves the right to cancel any order  should any fraud and or suspicious activity be suspected by the customer of Xperiastore.co.za, on notice to you. Xperiastore.co.za will only be liable to refund payments already received, as set out in the refund policy, and accepts no liability which may arise out of said action.

Should your product not be to your expectation and or not be delivered to you within the agreed and stipulated time, you have the right to cancel within 7 days after order or delivery is completed.

Customer responsibilities:

Prices: All prices are listed with the product listing.

Delivery charges: Product delivery charges differ based on location within South Africa. For National main centre and regional deliveries, the delivery cost will be R 109.00 including VAT. Should a customer not reside within these areas, they will be notified during the purchase process of the delivery charges. 

VAT: All prices quoted on Xperiastore.co.za include VAT. On completion of a purchase from Xperiastore.co.za, all customers will receive a Tax Invoice sent to their nominated e-mail address
